Default a bath tub drain

Hove you ever noticed that water when it drains from a bath tub always flows
in one direction??? If however you are in a different hemisphere the water
drains in the opposite direction.

Let me ask a question about the rotation of galaxies. I am sure someone has
asked it before. Do all of the galaxies rotate in the same direction??? If
they do not; is their rotation random; or; can a plane be drawn through a
"universal equaitor" in which the galaxies above the line rotate in one
direction and those below rotate in the opposit direction???

Does my question even make any sense???

Thanks . I will await your posts
