Peter L:

The PRC has already run out of investment capital for major new ventures.

They have indicated to our Pres. Bush that they are not interested in a
greater expansion of their currency supplies. May we conclude that
Keynesian economics, which is socialistic in regards currency, has been
officially rejected by the PRC, and that the U.S. Govt. by what I would
call an 'intent to express the principle of a potential treaty' has
appositely endorsed an inflationary paper currency?

The PRC administration must be having quite a laugh, especially when
they recall that Marx said that the fastest way to destroy Capitalism is
to debase its currency --- which the U.S. administration is falling all
over itself to accomplish. Recall that the PRC read the book on
Christian altruism, and that Communism is based upon the ethical
principles of Christian altruism. The PRC has Pres. Bush's altruistic
and ethical number.

Contrarily, the PRC has found that they have rejected the Marxist type
of plan for money creation for the Yuan in favor of pegging their
currency values to the (would you believe) USA Dollar.

Neither the PRC or the USA are willing to go all the way towards a
system that universally and in every way protects the liberties and
rights of individuals and persons who have created new wealth. Both the
PRC and US President Bush are strongly altruistically leftist in their
leanings.

It is insufficient to say that Bush is pro business. Business to Marx
was a key ingredient to Socialism just as it was to the National
Socialists of Nazi Germany. Bush is not completely for a free enterprise
capitalist system that is based upon protected liberties, the freedom of
personal actions, e.g., speech and ideas, and the right to own property.
Bush is a Pragmatist who has no ethical principles at all.

The PRC are hemming and hawing, and our guys don't know what's going on.
But the PRC is out of investment capital. The PRC are down to pocket
fuzz, and they are wooing altruistic venture capitalists.

The PRC and the PLA won't be going to the moon, much less to Mars, for
the same reason that we aren't. Keynesian economics, via altruistic
Pragmatism, has destroyed the most important cause of the venture
capital system in the USA: a gold redeemable currency.

It may be possible that the PRC will imitate what a privately owned
capitalist firm would attempt...and if they can tax the proletariat
enough, make it.....and we'll give the PLA free embroidered bowling
shirts if they succeed.
