Default Mars One is not feasible

I have discovered that in a paper published in 2016, several researchers
undrscore that this project of colonization of Mars with a one trip
colony is UNFEASIBLE:

An independent assessment of the technical feasibility
of the Mars One mission plan – Updated analysis

Acta Astronautica 120 (2016) 192–228

They determine (for instance) that the crew would die after 58 days for
lack of CO2 for tyhe crops they need. And many other problems. Actually
this is a 100% suicide mission.

There is no alternative to robotic exploration in the immediate future.

As I have pointed out several times in this group, life in Mars was
discovered many times since the Viking lander. Life there would be wiped
out by human presence, what nobody seems to care a lot about.

I do. Life in Mars should be preserved from all the mostly commercial
interests pushing for a human Mars mission.

We have screwed this planet. Let's not repeat the same destructive
behavior in another one.

Bah. "Mars One" was an unprofessional stunt. The existence of one
impractical plan does not prove the absence of practical plans.

And lack of CO2 on Mars? Where the atmosphere is almost pure CO2?
Ridiculous.

You also have to take into account the yearly spacetime warp.

Huh? Missing smiley there?

I thought we weren't supposed to put the smilies while in the yearly
spacetime warp and that the said warp finishes at noon on April 1st :-)
