Center of universe started inside a Planck length 10^-33 of center meter. Now after the BB it has expanded at an accelerated rate to the size of now.Best to keep in mind it speed of expansion past light speed 5 billion years ago. Its an unknown how much faster than c its growing. Its accelerating speed I use for the missing gravity needed to hold galaxies together. Just a theory based on good science .My cup of tea TreBert

So how fast was the speed of light when the universe was only a tiny fraction of a meter in diameter?
