Default Listening to re entry briefings

Well, it sounds all very 'seat of the pants' kind of stuff in a Soyuz to me,
though they seem to have a procedure for everything, it still sounds like
organised chaos.

I particularly like the part about making as sure as possible that you are
not constipated and have empty bladders before re entry..
