Here are to-day's TLE's (two-line elements) for the ISS. perhaps you can do something with them. with the proper tracking program you can have an output that meets your requirments. Myself, I use a DOS based tracking program written by the late Dave Ransom, there are others out there, written for other platforms that can output whatever format you want. Small perturbations in the orbit are enough to account for the differences. If you propagate all the above elements to the same epoch, using the exact same algorithm USSPACECOM uses, you should get the same result. |

If I read it correctly; the elements were generated at different times during the same orbit? Also the inclination of the Progress-M 60 is slightly different, the element probably generated just before or after docking I guess... Thanks for the 'lesson'. André |

What you see is what you get, and after 9/11 we are extremely lucky to get these. Homeland security wanted and tried to shut down access to ALL sat TLE's There is a gentleman in Canada that generates TLEs as well, but I doubt that you would get him to generate continous sets. Really ,, I am not sure what you are asking for, once you get a set of current TLE's you can plug them into a existing program or write your own program to output what you desire, I know one guy that has written a good Windows program, but myself I prefer the DOS program, since it runs much faster in DOS on my laptop that we take to the field to view sat passes. I use Windoze, but .....not a fan.. |
