I can only point to my own sporadic observations:

The Small Dob web site has a number of reports by observers with 10"
and under Newtonians. None of them are new but some are quite
interesting nonetheless.

This ain't exactly a blog, but it includes a lot of observers' reports
on objects and much other good stuff besides. IMHO, it is one of the
best resources on the web for deep sky observers. You may, I'm sure,
