Default Idaho gets dark sky site. Maybe some of the rules should be appliedto cities?

Since 90% of us live in cities, and driving 500 miles to the sticks all the time is impractical, some control over the wastage of electricity via light might be a good idea.

Light trespass should have been outlawed decades ago.
