Zero G surgery done by Europe
Europe/France did an experimental 0g surgery abourd a specially equipped
Airbus A300 aircraft that did parabolic trajectory to provide short periods of 0 G to perform surgery. This was the removal of a small skin cancer on a volunteer's arm(so not a deep internal surgery). I wonder how long it will take before similar surgey is attempted on ISS (probably once Columbus is up). |
