Default Progress supply ship transfers

How are transfers of oxygen, water and fuel done from Progress to the
ISS? Are there internal pipes connected by the astronauts, or is this
integrated into the docking adaptor? Are there any images around showing
the interior of the progress in space, and the removal of cargo
therefrom? Thanks,

David
