Default ASTRO: M33

Taken on 19 Sept 2009 from a farm just south of Bluenkob state park,
PA. TOA150 at F/7.3. STL11000M, 1x20 min each LRGB. Cropped and
reduced 50%.

I saw the comments on another image of M33 looking too blue. Other
than the "set background" feature of CCDStack I have not adjusted the
color of this image.

That's blue all right. The 11K is a rather blue sensitive chip. Did
you do a G2V color balance or otherwise adjust white stars to white
color? Even the HII regions show little pink.

Correct domain name is arvig and it is net not com. Prefix is correct.
Third character is a zero rather than a capital "Oh".

Robert,

nice blue image ;-)
I am by no means an expert in colour imaging, but a face-on galaxy usually
shows a brownish central area with blueish spiral arms. If the whole galaxy
has the same colour this _may_ be true, but more likely something has gone
wrong.
Using a RGB ratio of 1:1:1 usually does not work unless the filters and the
CCD chip are matched for that purpose.
