Default Simulating meteors

I have added the ability to simulate meteors to my simulator.
It can calculate the trajectory, how much mass is left,
the diameter, megatons of energy when it hits the ground,
and crater diameter.

See sample inputs 68 to 70 in Java applet at:

http://spacetethers.com/spacetethers.html

My results seem to fit with others I have found. This gives me
some more confidence in the simulator's results for capsule
reentry.

It does not simulate meteor breakup, so it is not entirely
realistic. It also neglects conduction of heat within the
meteor. So buyer be ware.
