Astrophoto
Hi All. Anyone out there used a Canon G3 to take any photos? I am
investigating either afocal or prime focus with a f4 10' SN LXD55. Anyone used the adapter rings from http://www.lensmateonline.com/G3.html? Don't know if they are useful or not. Thanks chipcc @ pacbell dot net

You might try asking this in "alt.binaries.pictures.astro" though most of
them have moved on to CCD imaging. I'm not familiar with the Canon G3, however, if it is an automatic camera and or uses a battery to hold the mirror up, then it would be nearly useless for astrophotography. Good luck.
