On topic:possible green bolide Mississippi 11/11/05 9:05CDT req sightings
On interstate 59 26 miles SW of Meridian Mississippi last night 9:05pm southern sky about 30degrees above horizon My wife and I witnessed what appeared to be a bolide with a distinct greenish cast that broke apart into several white fragments. Did anyone else see this? I'm wondering if it looked green to you or whether color was an artifact of my truck's standard window tinting?-thanks for any replies--Bill
