No, there's no over the horizon communications capabillity. Besides,
Beagle's dead.

There is no UK Mars orbiter. Mars Express is an ESA project.

I think Spirit can relay through Mars Express if necessary, but it involves
complicated coordination, and it wouldn't be done unless really necessary.
