Default aurorawatch alerts currently down

If you subscribe to aurorawatch alerts and have been wondering why you
have not had any recently, when there has supposed to have been some
major solar activity, the reason is that the Aurorawatch alert system
is currently down for maintenance work. There is a note on their
website.

the monitors seem to be continuing to work, so worth checking to see if
there is any activity.

Clear skies,

Callum
