As pertains to the heat shield and parachute should they be increased or
decreased as relates to Mars.the Moon, and Earth?

For the moon, the heat shield and parachute should be eliminated and
replaced with rocket fuel because, awkwardly for aerobreaking
enthusiasts, the moon lacks air to aerobrake with.

There are ways to fix that temporarily...
