Default Baking cookies on the ISS ! ! ! ! ! !

I think they should bake cookies on the ISS and sell them on
Earth. Many people would buy genuine space-cookies for Christmas and
pay $$$ for them !

This would be a most interesting science project for the ISS. Consider that
in 0g, the cookie dough wouldn't necessarily spread as expected on the cookie sheet.

That and you'd have to charge something like $10k per cookie just to get
back the money you'd have to spend. I doubt many people would pay that much
for an old stale cookie (by the time it would get to you, it would likely be
weeks old).

Nop. If you come down on a Soyuz, they could be delivered within a couple of
days, assuming the astronauts don't eat them all on the way down :-) :-) :-) :-)

Now, once the russians really get their targetting right, they might be able
to eject self-deorbiting capsules from the ISS at the right time so that they
de-orbit and fall in your garden. In fact, they woudln't really need to bake
them on the station, they could use the re-entry heat to bake them :-)

Heck, with the right orbits, you could order cookies and a roast beef and have
them drop into your garden within 90 minutes. This would be a great gimmick
for garden parties.

:-) :-)
