Most here, including yourself, do not have any clue as to what all-inclusive amount of energy humanity as a whole has been creating.

Remember, the vast majority of all hydrocarbons are consumed via natural and artificial combustion, and the remainder is either spilled or leaked into the environment, plus otherwise along with a great deal of other energy getting converted into lots of nifty stuff that continues to consume energy.

Figure the utmost conservative impact of 70+ TW, and the upper swag of 700 TW being artificially created.
