Default Realtime Satellite pictures of the World

On this websites you find a selection of 4 current satellite views,
showing visible satellites (Europe), current cloud coverage, earthquake
activity, storms, hurricanes, active volcanoes, and the moonphase. Updated
every 60 minutes.

Anyone up for explaining why "The View from our Sun" shows the
terminator over the northern hemisphere? From the sun, there should be
nothing except a full, un-shadowed disc.

In fact, with the sun below the equator, the view shown would
be from a point directly above the equator at the same longitude as
the subsolar point.
