Across from page 66 in James Sparks book, Winged Rocketry, Dodd,Mead &
Co., 1968,are what look like actual German document drawings of the
piloted A9.
Sparks gives no official footnote, but a 'credit for photographs' is
given, but it just says USAF? Anyone know where these drawings came
from?

It's probably an authentic German drawing. I believe the piloted A9 drawing
was one of several concepts for future V2 (A4) variants. No work on it was
done.
