Is expanding space Black Light ?
Cannot see it well, but it is there. Under a florescent atmosphere, black light lights up things like 'fire flies.' It moves faster than white light and pushes out what we call space. They call it the serpentine energy. very base code, cannot see well if all of the Universe is a black void.

Maybe so because black light is really purple light and light is all colors of the rainbow. |
