I missed the news before; thanks for pointing it out (*).

Yes, it's great that SpaceX has pre-sold a Falcon 5 launch. But perhaps
even more interesting is the customer: Bigelow Aerospace. This
indicates that Bigelow is moving beyond the viewgraphs phase, which is
certainly a good thing given their long-term plans (orbital hotels).

The customer is definitely more interesting. There has been very
little actual info about Bigelow Aerospace for a long time, several
years, IIRC. Their website has said the same thing for a long time -
they are playing their cards close to their chest. It is good to read
that they are moving into the flight-testing phase - they must already
have some kind of hardware built.
