where to find NASA SSP study reports?

I'd like to get a copy of the 1995 SSP "Fresh Look" Study, and the
follow-up SSP Concept Definition Study (from 1998). I see both of these
frequently cited in papers I've been able to find, but I can't find
these items themselves. Can anyone help me find these reports?
