Default Mass of the planets... How does it move together?

How did the planets form in a plane? and orbit near circularly with
motion always in the same direction? There is then orientation to the
solar system but how did that come about?

How did the rings of Saturn come together perfectly in motion and
continue to move together around Saturn perfectly?

What is their orbit speed in the plane for the rings?
