Default Million Quasars v2.5 -- fixing early quasar positions

The MILLIQUAS (Million Quasars) catalogue v2.5 is now available for
download. For this edition, I've investigated hundreds of early
(1970's-1980's) quasars which were originally published with
approximate co-ordinates (typical of those days), and have moved ~200
to their correct optical source. Thus an original name often replaces
a recent SDSS name, because original names are always used.

Authors from those days (or any day) are invited to check that their
objects are correctly positioned, and to advise me of any corrections
at .

The catalogue & ReadMe are at
http://quasars.org/milliquas.htm , and
also can be queried on the NASA HEASARC site
http://heasarc.gsfc.nasa.gov/W3Brows...milliquas.html
