Default Spotting Scope

Someone at our local astronomy club has a bulls-eye spotting scope.
Not the red dot outfit and I keep forgetting the name, but want to pick
one up. Does anyone know the name or names of makers of such?

Thanks in advance.

I assume you mean finder. The two best known are the Telrad and the
Rigel Quikfinder. I prefer the latter.
