John C Right you are. why waste time and money going into bankruptcy.
Not paying your bill kills your credit same as going bankrupt. Look how
many people would go to court in this no job America that can not pay
their bills 20 million for sure. I wish I had stiffed American Express
when I had a chance. In the passed America had proud brave families and
would never let bankers throw them on the street. Now the PR is these
people should have known they could not afford the American dream. Here
you see the home owner made stupid,but no mention of the fraud and
