Default Review of cooled CCD cameras?

Has anyone posted a review of the various cooled CCD cameras anywhere?
I would like to know what might be available. Are there any bargains
out there in the higher resolution realm? What cameras have NIR
capability? Any suggestions welcome. Thanks.
