BAIKONUR COSMODROME, Kazakhstan, June 16, 2004 -- The launch of a Proton

allow more time to charge the batteries on the satellite.

Khrunichev State Research and Production Space Center and International
Launch Services plan to make an attempt at 4:27 a.m. tomorrow local time in
Baikonur. The satellite is being launched for Intelsat.

For updated status, please check the ILS website, www.ilslaunch.com, or the
