I am not sure exactly. He had a very brief one of the solar sun spot
turned into a gif animation. But Kent is very good artist and poet at that kind of stuff. His passion you could say. He used to publish a magazine called Orbit and I think it was all about paranormal stuff that you don't see in other magazines save for maybe Popular Mechanics on occasion. I also think I had alot to do with his focus turning more to the advanced sciences, especially in the astronomy and astrophysics news because I sent him some rather interesting information from my scientist friends that you don't normally see online and that really inspired him. He also published a particular letter from me and dated it where I told him that information does come out of black holes - something Hawking recently changed his mind on go figure. When the internet came into high gear he abandoned paper publishing and went full throttle online. His web site is over a gig of information. Most of it web links to so called 'legitimate' scientific newsgroups and science news. Over the years he has developed many friends in the scientific and artistic community, but Kent is an artist, not a scientist. He is also proven himself to be very much of an investigator and is open to all opinions until ofcourse they prove wrong. Kent is very nice guy and as he likes to call himself, An Ol Koot. He has been around long enough to see the major changes throughout the world first hand. He may also have been a former employee of CIA but that is just speculation on my part. No real proof there though. He loves hearing from anybody on just about anything that his web site is focussed on. Try going to the last pages and scrolling down to the bottom where it says - "current battle" and do that each time and the sun spot animation should appear in no time. MS, Nope, didn't find an animation of #649. But I did skim the site back to early June, and it was fun. I don't think much of it as a scientific site, but it does raise lots of interesting questions. I just don't think the answers generally hold up very well. YMMV. Whats the matter kook, only you are 'allowed' to view web sites you don't agree with? Not at all, I'm just warning that the site you recommend is a kook site. You are nothing but a fascist pig Your idea for a 'sunspot animation' is most likely copied from Kent's cool web site and you don't want the people in here to see that? Don't be ridiculous. Its obvious that you are also a plagiarist. Don't accuse me of something *you* do. That's *your* schtick. You are a joke. Have you noticed how small (non existent) your support base is? Who cares? Kooks always make appeals to the 'majority' as if that means anything. Hitler and Lenin had a 'majority' behind them too, just like you. I already invoked Godwin. I win. You lose. GO to www.spaceweather.com or www.badastronomy.com or www.space.com Most people should realise that they can get the images freely from the ORIGINAL sources, without any kooky claims being added to them. "Thunderbird" indeed, I gotta say, that made me laugh out loud. Anyone can use Google these days, and find far better sources of ORIGINAL information. |
