Last transmission from Phobos 2 was a photograph of a gigantic cylindrical spaceship - a huge, approximately, 20 km long, 1,5 km diameter cigar-shaped mother ship, that was photographed on 25 March 1989 parked next to the Martian moon. After that the last frame was radioed back to Earth, the probe mysteriously disappeared. According to the Russians it was destroyed, possibly knocked out with an energy pulse beam." Yeah. That or a spaceprobe simply failed. Assign percentages to the following: You have 100% to divide between these: * Russian space probe fails * 20 km spaceship destroys Russian space probe. Go ahead. Wait. Give yourself a shave with Occam's Razor first. I'll take the word of SETI scientists and Russian Cosmonauts over the replies from the kooks on this newsgroup. Sorry you guys loose again. Actually in essence I have come to mathematically realize that the vast majority of the responses on this newsgroup amount to a big fat zero. So far I have about 5 people in my kill file, because their responses aren't worth reading, and especially not worth replying to. |
