Default Contributing to climate change

So optical astronomers can have their celestial sphere and Ra/Dec
system ,

They can still keep the Ra/Dec system as long as it is recognised as
calendrically based on 3 years of 365 dys and 1 year of 366 days
therefore no attempt should be made to justify the astronomical
convenience.Who is responsible enough to work towards alleviating the
desperate situation for 21st century climate purposes ?.
