Still the "precessional" formulae I've seen, for converting coordinates
from one epoch's equinox to another's, do 'roll in' the variation in
obliquity, as well as the rotation of the ecliptic itself -- presumably
because there's no practical reason to calculate them separately.
Regardless I agree that these motions are not, strictly speaking,
attributable to "(luni-solar) precession".
