Correct Officer Bert but remember special cases versus
normal cases and Cern experiments. Pure energy particles theoretically
have no mass so E = mc2 may not apply. Dr. Tesla spoke of normal space
(ether) and highly energized gravity wells or states. Vector to vector
sub space travel versus surface theater.
