Default Celestron eyepiece accessory kit? Good or Bad?

I'm thinking about one of these kits.
Are they worth it or should I save up and buy individual eyepieces and
filters?
it looks like a real money savings......

It is an extremely good value - the 32mm plossl alone is worth over half
the price of the kit. However, if you wear eyeglasses like me, you
probably won't have much use for the 4mm and the 6mm due to the short
eye relief. Nevertheless, it's a bargain at twice the price!

Thanks for the response.
It looks too good to be true, really.
Is there anyone else with an opinion on this kit?
I'd like to hear more about it....

Good lord! You got opinions. It's a well known "good deal" to help sell scopes.

I saw only one opinion, and thanks to Dale for expressing it.

However I was hoping to hear from several people who have the set or at
least have an opinion about it.

What I did not expect or want was a rude response like the one you offered.

Is there anyone else who has experience with the kit and would express their
opinion?
I would appreciate it.....

Thanks,
Malcolm

Malcolm,

When I purchased my N8i before Christmas, I asked the same thing and
generally got the same response you received here - they are good solid
mid-range eps and for the price they are a steal.

What scope do you have or are you thinking about getting.

Best wishes,
