OM, Henry's just trying to help you achieve regular expression...

That's good. That's very good

A true perl of wisdom!

Now if we can only escape all these jokes.

I think they're out of control.

So .... you're asying Henry should be killed?

A little extreme, isn't it?

Wouldn't it be enough to send him to a Hoagland lecture? (Assuming we
can be that cruel to Hoagland?)

This was indeed in response to the "James Oberg clones"

Strange. I was at the zoo last year and I took my shirt off and sat on a
bench. This security guy came over and made me put the shirt on. He looked
really familiar...it was....eine OBERGKLONE! hahaha

I went to Oberg's web site & viewed photos of him. I've _seen_ this
guy. Stocking shelves at Walmart, working airport security, manning
the window at the drive-in liquor store. . .

Oberg is like Elvis. He's everywhere.

It's the mustache...

One anomaly -- the little finger joints of the Obergs do not bend. If
not for this (and unusual height and assorted odd mannerisms) the
Obergs would be nearly indistinguishable from normal human beings.

I wonder just how many people are going to get that reference...

(Now I'm going to have this image of Jim giving a speech...when he
suddenly transforms into a giant black sluglike thing.)

Not me. I got the 'regular expression' one, that's enough
obscure-reference-detection for one week.

I went digging around on Google for it, and although it took some

We are all James Oberg.

It should have dawned on me sooner, being a big Babylon 5 fan- this is
probably a take-off on when the second Vorlon ambassador shows up....and
they ask him his name....and he replies "Kosh". Then they say: "But the
last Vorlon ambassador was named Kosh" and the new guy replies: "_We
are all Kosh..._"

You probably aren't old enough to remember; it's from a television
series called "The Invaders" in which aliens infiltrate Earth in human
disguise; the only way to spot one is that they can't bend their little
fingers...and that they will assume their normal giant leech-like form
if they don't get regenerated every so often.
You may have seen the saucer from the series as a model kit:

Let's face it..."The X-Files" it wasn't.
