Default New Year's Eve

HI Everyone, I am a novice astronomer, and only have an astroscan
telescope. We really enjoyed the show last night, and I want to make
plans for NYE. We would like to find a campground in Northern VA that is
OPEN for NYE AND has a good night sky. Can anyone point me in the
right direction?

OR if my astroscan is going to fail me, (I really couldn't get it to
show me MARS very well) maybe someone is having a star party that night?
I have contacted NOVAC (Northern VA Astronomy Club) but don't see
anything on their website.

Any suggestions you have would be appreciated,

Thanks,

Kalinda!

You could always come out to the Mojave desert and I'd let you use Babylon 8.
