I never mentioned closed systems (or open ones for that matter). You
stated that the drought was under your control which it patently isn't.

You also predicted dire tsunamis which have never ever eventuated.

Speaking of closed systems, I think that Hopital Saint-Jean de Dieu, Lyon
would accept you since your qualifications for joining that institution
are excellent. You can probably make a booking on the internet.
