DSCOVR's Halo

The Deep Space Climate Observatory (DSCOVR) has begun sending us fresh,
whole-hemisphere images of our own fragile planet. Some sources say that
the spacecraft is "orbiting" the L1 point. Dave Doody thinks this warrants
some scrutiny.
