Default Proceedings of Eurosom 1 & 2 online?

I would very much like to get my greasy mitts on the published
proceedings of the two(?) Eurosom (European Satellite Observers
Meeting) events that took place during the 1990s. This Seesat posting...

....notes the intention of making the proceedings of Eurosom 2 available
on the WWW. Needless to say, a Google search turned up very little. Of
course, I would also be very happy to purchase hard copies should any
members of the satellite spotting community have spares floating around
the garage/basement. Thanky!
