Default FS Eclipse viewres for the transit of Venus, 8 June 2004

I am about to order a load of cardboard viewers for the faint
possibility that June 8 has some clear sky for the transit. I am
supplying to children at a secondary school (having read all kinds of
riot act about eye safety) first to give as many as possible a chance
to see something that hasn't been seen for 122 years and, if any
profit results, to make some money to equip the observatory the school
is proposing to build in the next 12 months.

The viewers use Baader filters and give very pleasing views of the
Sun.

I am selling them for 1 pound each - plus, where necessary 30p postage
(in UK) for up to 10, post free for more than 10. No VAT.

They're on the website below underthe menus Venus - ways to see it.

I shouldn't have said no VAT - as I'm not a registered trader, nor
likely to reach the turnover required to register, I will be paying
the supplier VAT but not claiming it back, and not adding any VAT on
my own account. So the cost includes VAT but will have been paid by me
to the supplier. Hope that's clearer. Sorry Aidan - and thanks.

Anyway the pound each plust 30p if less than 10 is all you'd pay. Not
a bad deal, though I say it myself...
