Does anyone have any experience and/or comments on either o these
cameras?

Hi:

I don't own one (yet), but have been able to see several in action. I'm
impressed. At ALCON 2003, there were a couple set up in the parking lot of the
Nashville Embassy Suites. Lots of light pollution for sure, even though the
hotel had kindly turned off their parking lot lights. And there was a full Moon
in the sky, too. But the Stellacam easily pulled out detailed images of M81,
M82, M17 and more. The Omega, in particular, was great, showing lots of detail
despite the Moon being only a few degrees away.
