explain it to the guy - he obviously doesnt get it!

In fact, I am already working on a scheme to steal Titan, and bring
it into orbit around the Earth, causing planet wide devastation. I
will spare the Earth if the planet's leaders agree to pay me...

One *MILLION* dollars.

If this plot fails, I will fall back on plan B, in which I will use
beams of concentrated light, which I call "lasers", to punch a hole
in the "ozone" layer, thus greatly increasing the incidence of skin
cancer...
