In context, Herb isn't practicing psychiatry. He's refering to a test
which is is the form of an algorithm. You put data in, and out comes a
function of the data. In the case of the test here in question, all
he's doing is plugging in 'you', and and what's coming out is a
statement of where you fit into the normal spectrum of human
variability. It turns out, in your case, that you reside several
standard deviations from the median. That all by itself isn't a bad
thing. But also in your case, it's not exactly flattering.
