After the General director of RSC Energia Yury Semeonov's report to
Roscosmos Head Anatoly Perminov, the Federal Space Agency took a
decision to set a new date of Soyuz TMA launch.

The decision to put off the launch from October 11 till a later
date was taken after having detected a failure during Soyuz TMA final
complex tests on Baikonur.


The exact date and time of the launch will be determined later.
