Default C2003 K4 as seen by CCD and Eyeball

I imaged comet C2003 K4 LINEAR the other night and produced a short
movie illustrating its relative motion of 2.9 arc seconds per minute
against a star field in Bootes.

On my new Images Page I also provide some tips on correlating a camera
image to a planetarium program to determine proper orientation.

Finally, I have included a simulated eyepiece view to show you what I
saw through the eyepiece of the C-11 scope while I was imaging through
the E160.

I hope you will find a visit to my New Images page both educational
and interesting.

Images, eyepiece view, short movie and planetarium chart at
http://home.att.net/~dpersyk/new.htm

Thank you for visiting my site.

Clear skies,

Dennis Persyk:

Thanks for the most exciting movie.

Comet, C2003 K4 LINEAR, is apparently far larger than what appears
through the clouds.
