Besides using California as loan collateral, we could always give
Alaska back to Russia, or Texas back to Mexico.

food and habitat allotment was cut in half (as it should be).

How comforting.

Still, 2.5 percent of a $100,000 salary is $2,500. That's probably
less than most health plans available nowadays.
