geosynchronous in particular, I'd first try http://www.permanent.com/
although I don't know for sure. But the other sites can help you
estimate the costs for yourself, and what assumptions would affect them.

Personally, I'd say it is a lot more credible to do at least the first
stages of refining before transporting anything. The delta V to
transport an asteroid is really daunting (even just deflecting one
slightly, to avoid an earth impact, is difficult).
