"Three departing Expedition 24 crew members will spend at least
another day on the International Space Station following an
unsuccessful attempt to undock their Soyuz spacecraft overnight."

Okay ... they are down now ... some sort of sensor issue spoiled the
first attempt. Same link.

Yes. This from a NASA posting in sci.space.news is about as much
detail as I've seen:

"The undocking and
landing occurred a day later than planned because of a hatch sensor
problem Thursday night. That problem prevented hooks on the Poisk
side of the docking mechanism from opening. Station crew members
installed a series of jumper cables, bypassing the sensor, and the
Poisk module hooks retracted. "
